Independent audit in the capital market means auditing and evaluating of financial statements and financial data of companies which need to be publicly disclosed or submitted to Capital Market Board by applying all necessary independent audit methods in order to gather sufficient and appropriate evidences providing reasonable level of assurance, subject to Capital Market Board’s Financial Reporting Standards Regulation, including companies with joint management, to produce a report.

Capital Market Board monitor the partnership structure of independent audit companies, their audit staff, and audit works performed for their clients. Within this scope, CMB carry out required inspection of audit companies at certain intervals. After the inspection if any infringement is found out, enforcements such as warning, administrative fine, and removal of the relevant audit company from the list of  Firms Engaged in Independent Auditing Activities may be applied.

Authorized to perform independent audit in the capital market, our firm audit the financial statements and reports of companies which are subject to Capital Market Board, in accordance with “accuracy and reflect the truth fairly” policy. Normally, Board of Directors of public limited companies and brokerage houses are responsible for preparation and presentation of financial statements and annual reports according to accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles of Capital Market Board.
